Shawn Flowers is an experienced and professional security specialist with over 20 years in the industry.  His career began in 2004 as security personnel in a local night club.  Since beginning his endeavors in to close protection work he has earned all necessary license to act as both unarmed and armed security in Florida.

Shawn’s area of expertise includes Protective Detail Specialist.  He has gained knowledge in managing large crowds and de-escalating issues for continuity of a safe environment. His skills also include handling conflict resolution with all involved in the business.  This comprises but is not limited to vendors, patrons, staff and others. 

 

Shawn assisted with leading security teams at new clubs and managing personnel within the establishments. He is able to adapt to any situation including remaining calm under pressure.  He has exceptional work ethic and communication capabilities that has led him to many successful years within the Security Industry.
