Kevin Ramer

Kevin Ramer is based out of central Florida, with over 25 years of experience in private security and related fields, mostly in the entertainment industry. The first 22 years of his security career was based in Houston, Texas where he was born and raised, and started as a security officer at Six Flags Astroworld. Soon after, his passion for music also turned into a long 20+ year career in concert and event security working with bands, festivals, and many artists in all different music genres. While in college, Kevin spent time working in Loss Prevention, which led to his employment in Corporate Security for Washington Mutual Bank following his graduation from the University where he studied Criminal Justice. During his senior year in college, Kevin did an internship with the Memorial Villages Police Dept. where he went on patrols, assisted with investigations and trained with the Special Response Team (SRT) in both scenario training exercises and tactical shooting on the range. With all the things Kevin has experienced with his diverse and expansive career in the security sector, it has led to not only protecting rock stars and Hollywood actors, this experience has also allowed for security details for NBA, NFL and Major League baseball players. Kevin is a graduate from Select-International Training Institute, located in Tampa, FL., with a Protective Detail Specialist certification. With Kevin now being a new father to a growing toddler, he hopes his legacy will continue with his son wanting to protect and serve in his community and beyond.
