Dr. Paul Mears is prior law enforcement in both federal, state, local law enforcement with experience in undercover operations, drug task force, criminal investigation, special operations, maritime and aviation operations. He has taught at several universities both in the United States and Abroad. He was also a Criminal Investigator for the U.S. Coast Guard, United States Army and several law enforcement agencies. After working overseas for almost ten years he returned to Florida joined a private law firm in which he worked as the Security Director over the Executive Protection, Safety, Security and Investigations. Paul has been in the industry since 1982.
