Scott Parker is a retired Law-Enforcement Officer, that started his career off in the US Navy where he served Honorably for two years. He then transitioned into the Private Security Sector before deciding to pursue a career in Law-Enforcement. After returning from Law-Enforcement, Mr Parker decided to go back into the Private Security sector performing Executive Protection.
